Welcome to ParcelVision. By downloading, installing, or using the ParcelVision mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Service Description

ParcelVision is a mobile augmented reality application that enables you to:

Search for and view property parcel boundaries
Visualize boundaries through your device's camera using AR
Tag and mark landmarks with GPS coordinates
Export and share property data

Important Disclaimer: ParcelVision is NOT a substitute for a professional land survey. The boundary information displayed is for reference purposes only and should not be used for legal, construction, or official purposes. Boundaries shown may not reflect recent changes, subdivisions, or corrections. Always consult a licensed surveyor for official boundary determinations.

2. Purchases and Payments

ParcelVision uses a per-property purchase model:

Individual property access costs $14.99 (one-time purchase)
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store
All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law
Purchases are stored locally on your device

                Note: Property purchases are device-specific. If you switch devices, you will need to purchase access again on the new device.
            

3. User Responsibilities

By using ParcelVision, you agree NOT to:

Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
Use the app to infringe on the rights of others
Commercially exploit or redistribute property data obtained through the app
Use boundary information for legal disputes without professional survey verification

4. Intellectual Property

The ParcelVision app, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Suite 110 and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Data and Privacy

Your use of ParcelVision is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ParcelVision is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

The accuracy or completeness of boundary data
That the app will meet your specific requirements
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
That boundary data reflects current legal boundaries

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suite 110 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of ParcelVision. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app within the 12 months preceding any claim.

We are not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on information provided by the app.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ParcelVision shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

Exceptions: Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to ParcelVision at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.
